Program Objectives
Biomolecular EngineeringMaster's Program of Biomolecular Engineering (BME) aims the education and research on the chemistry and engineering of biomolecules. This program is focused on giving students knowledge of highly sophisticated functions of biomolecules from the view point of biochemistry, physical chemistry and organic chemistry. The research interest of BME directed toward the functional analysis and mimic chemistry of biomolecules, and the development of new material for environmental technology. Through the courses and research work of BME, students are promoted to be a pioneering researcher or advanced technologist in the field of biomolecular engineering.

Curriculum Overview
Biomolecular EngineeringStudents of Master's Program of Biomolecular Engineering have to belong to one of the following laboratory, and perform research work under their supervisor(s) to propose master's thesis. The research topics in the laboratory of BME are shown below;
(1) Molecular Function Analysis
(2) Bioregulation Science
(3) Molecular Design
(4) Biopolymer Chemistry
(5) Synthetic Polymer Chemistry
(6) Applied Polymer Chemistry
(7) Physical Chemistry
(8) Biophysical Chemistry
