| 学生定期健康診断 Student Annual Physical Examination Schedule | 学校保健安全法に基づき、右記のとおり全学生を対象とした学生定期健康診断を実施します。 結核などの危険な感染症の早期発見のため、また、自身の健康管理のためにも、必ず受診してください。 新型コロナウイルスの感染防止対策として混雑を避けるため、昨年同様、検査会場を分散させております。 In accordance with the School Health and Safety Law, we will be conducting regular health examinations for all students as shown on the right. Be sure to undergo this medical evaluation to aid the detection of serious infectious diseases, such as tuberculosis, at an early stage and to gain an objective awareness of your current condition. As in 2020, to prevent the spread of COVID-19 the examination sites will be spread out over a wider area than usual to avoid congestion. |

2022年4月6日(水)、7日(木)、8日(金)、11日(月)、12日(火)の5日間のうち「日程表」で指定された日時に受診。 ※混雑を避けるため、極力指定された日時で受診してください。 指定日時で受診できない場合は、健康診断実施前に保健管理センター（075-724-7173）へご相談ください。 The exam will be conducted during the five days of April 6 (Wed.), 7 (Thu.), 8 (Fri.), 11 (Mon.), and 12 (Tue.), 2022. See the schedule listing designated health exam dates and times for each gender/academic year (nittei-hyo). To avoid congestion, we urge you to visit the doctor on your designated date and time. If you are unable to come on the designated day and time, please contact the Health Service Center (075-724-7173) before the health exam. |

「預金振替依頼書・自動払込利用申込書」を提出。 ※前期分授業料を入学手続時に納付していない学生(授業料免除・徴収猶予申請者を除く)は4月28日(木)までに振り込んでください。 Submit a ”Tuition Fee Bank Account TransferRequest From （AutomaticDebit Transfer ApplicationFrom）”.Students who have not paid the tuition fee for the first semester at the time of admission（excluding applic ants for tuition exemption / postponement of collection)must pay it by April 28(Thursday). |

卒業に向けて学修を進めるうえで最も重要な手続きのひとつです。履修要項を熟読して、受講登録を行ってください。 どの授業科目を受講するかは、履修登録のほか、シラバスや授業時間割表、課程別オリエンテーション等で配布された資料も参考にしてください。 Class registration is essential to advancing toward graduation. Be sure to read the course requirements carefully prior to registering for courses. Refer to the syllabus, class schedule, and materials distributed at program-specific orientations to determine which courses you should take. |
例年、学務課の窓口は非常に混雑しますので、まずは、履修要項や学務課ホームページに掲載されていることをしっかり確認するようにしてください。 (1)所属する課程に関わること、専門教育科目に関する質問 各課程のスタディアドバイザーに、連絡を取ってください。電話やメールでのコンタクトが可能です。 スタディアドバイザーの連絡先は、学生情報ポータルをご覧ください。 閲覧には、学生証と一緒に配付した情報科学センターのアカウントが必要です。 (2)受講登録全般に関わること、その他の質問 学務課学部教務係の窓口またはメールで受け付けます。 E-Mail：edu-2[at]kit.ac.jp （※[at]を@に変換してください。） The Educational Affairs Office counter tends to be very crowded. Be sure to check the course guidelines and the Educational Affairs Office website for information before coming to the counter.
