At the Health Care Service Center, every effort is made to keep students healthy.
To further this goal, specialized medical services and advanced technology are used.
In addition, blood pressure gauges and scales to measure body fat are freely available to the KIT community and physical and mental health consultations are available.

・First aid treatment for minor injuries
・Medical examination (Check the Time Schedule below)
・Prescription medicine (for a few days, if examined by a physician)
・Consultations based on physical check-up
・Referrals to other medical institutions
・Bed rest
・Measuring instrument use (height, weight, blood pressure, body fat)
・Body Sonic (a massage chair)

Note:
・Do not disturb people who are resting in the center.
・Please return the instruments to their original location after use.

Mandatory Annual Physical Examination

ALL STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS.

The annual physical examination is carried out every April.
It is also required when applying for scholarships or the graduate school entrance examination.

Special Physical Examination

Special physical examinations are mandatory for students who perform experiments using radiation and genetic modification.
