On November 9th 2016, Assoc.Prof.Dr.Prasert Pinpathomrat, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) and his delegation visited KIT.
KIT and RMUTT have been partner universities for more than 10 years and conducting student exchange as well as collaborative researches focusing on the fields of Fiber Science and Engineering and Design and Architecture.
A wide variety of topics were discussed with the delegation, which consisted of 40 members including Deans and Vice Deans of each faculties as well as administrative personnel. In spite of the short stay, they actively visited the laboratories of Biobased Materials Science, Design and Architecture and they took a tour at the Museum and Archives. In addition, during the meeting with Vice-President Kiyotaka Morisako, both universities exchanged views regarding the university management and administration and reconfirmed our continuous active collaborations.
