To: All Incoming Students,

　For the students who were not able to come to KIT to receive their student ID card and other documents on April 6 and 7, all the documents will be posted to your current address, as stated on the “Student Data Entry Form” that you submitted at the time of admission.
If you wish to have the documents sent to another address, please contact us by 5:00pm, April 10 (Fri).

　Documents will be dispatched on April 14 (Tue). If you wish to receive them directly at KIT, please come to the Educational Affairs Office by 5:00pm, April 10 (Fri).

　The course registration period is scheduled for April 14 (Tue) to April 20 (Mon). The finalized schedule will be announced on the KIT homepage on April 10 (Fri).

　The Course Guide will be enclosed with the above documents, but you can also view it on the below PDF files. Please check in advance how to register courses, the course lists of your major as well as completion and graduation requirements.
