申請要項 Application Guidelines

下記より申請要項をダウンロードしてください。申請要項は学生支援・社会連携課事務室前にも設置しています。
申請には、「Web入力」と「申請書類提出」の両方が必要です。申請要項で詳細を確認し、必ず申請期間内に手続きを完了してください。
　※学期ごとの申請が必要です。前年度後学期・秋学期分の減免等が本制度にて決定していた場合でも、前学期・春学期分の授業料免除等を希望する場合は必ず申請してください。
To apply, please download the application guidelines from the link below and be sure to check the contents.
Both “Web input” and ” Document submission” are required for application. Please make sure to complete the web input and document submission within the respective application period.
 *Tuition Exemption / Payment Postponement applications must be submitted each semester. Even if you have already been granted exemption or postponement under this program for the second/fall semester of the previous year, you must apply for the first/spring semester.

上記「申請要項」に従い、Web入力完了後印刷した書類のほか、必要に応じて下記より申請書類を提出してください。
In addition to the documents printed out after completing the web Input, please download and submit the application documents as necessary from the following links, according to the “Application Guidelines” above.
