私は、JoinTECH-Visitにより、2025年11月25日から12月22日の期間ウーディネ大学のLaboratory of Materials and Surface Engineeringと呼ばれる研究室に所属し、サンプルの引張試験と現地の教授の研究の補助に取り組みました。具体的には、TPU、PLA、PETGの3種類の材料をUV影響下で劣化させたものの物性を調べるための引張試験を行いました。
　現地の教授の研究については、PLAにコーヒーの粉、紅茶の葉を混ぜたものをそれぞれUV環境下と高湿度環境下に最大1週間放置したものを扱いました。同様の引張試験を滞在の4週間目にこれらのサンプルについても行いました。
　寮については、一人部屋に滞在し、€405/月で朝食と夕食が付いていました。食堂で決められた時間に食事をとる形式だったため、現地の学生と仲良くなる機会となりました。夕食は野菜も多く取れるメニューで量も多かったです。最寄りのスーパーマーケット（DESPAR）で、サンドイッチやパン、ヨーグルト、果物を購入しました。
　お昼については、平日は研究室のメンバーで集まって食べるため、毎日賑やかで楽しい時間でした。必ず最後にコーヒーを飲む習慣も体験することができました。

Student Report:
From 25th November to 22nd December, I conducted research activities at Udine University through JoinTECH-Visit Program. I joined the Laboratory of Materials and Surface Engineering for a month, where I engaged in experimental research. My main activities included performing tensile tests on material samples and assisting with research conducted by the professor who was my academic adviser.
Specifically, I carried out tensile tests to investigate the mechanical properties of three types of materials—TPU, PLA, and PETG—after degradation under UV exposure. In addition, I supported research involving PLA mixed with coffee grounds and tea leaves. These samples were left for up to one week under the influence of UV radiation or high humidity. Similar tensile tests were conducted on these samples as well during the fourth week of my stay.
Regarding accommodation, I stayed in a single room dormitory. The monthly fee was €405, which included breakfast and dinner. Meals were served at fixed times in the dining hall, which provided valuable opportunities to interact with local students. Dinner menus were generous in portion size and included a wide variety of vegetables. For lunch on weekdays, I bought sandwiches, bread, yogurt and fruits from the closest supermarket (DESPAR).
Lunchtime, spent together with laboratory members, made for a lively and enjoyable part of the day.I was also able to experience the local custom of always having coffee at the end of meals.

The typical daily schedule during my stay was as follows.
