１．求人情報

本学宛に届いた求人情報は、求人閲覧システム（キャリタスUC）に掲載されています。
（外国人留学生採用実績のある企業からの求人を、条件検索でピックアップ表示することができます。インターンシップ情報の掲載もあります。

２．キャリア相談（留学生向け）

2024年4月から、毎週火曜（午後）に留学生向けのキャリア相談枠を開設します。※事前予約制（予約受付中）。詳細はこちらをご確認ください。

３．「留学生就職支援ネットワークシステム」の利用案内

本学では、外国人留学生への就職支援の一環として、一般社団法人留学生支援ネットワークが運営する「留学生就職支援ネットワークシステム（アジア人財ネットワーク）」に加入し、本学に在籍する外国人留学生への就職支援をしています。

このシステムは、日本での就職を希望する外国人留学生向けに、日本での就職活動の方法や就職試験対策などを詳しく、分かりやすくWebサイトで提供します。皆さんは、24時間好きな時に好きな所で、無料で学習することができます。

また、外国人留学生の採用に積極的な企業の採用情報や外国人留学生向けのガイダンス・セミナーの情報、合同企業説明会や面接会などの情報も提供しています。

４．留学生の就職支援機関

留学生の就職支援、情報提供を行っている外部機関は、以下のとおりです。

独立行政法人日本学生支援機構
日本で学ぶ外国人留学生が、それぞれのキャリアデザインに沿った就職ができるよう、留学生の就職・採用活動に関する有益な情報を提供します。

京の留学生支援センター（京都ジョブパーク）
外国人留学生の就職支援を強力に行うため、留学生の就職へのワンストップ支援機能をさらに高めます。京都で働きたい！外国人留学生をサポートします！

大阪外国人雇用サービスセンター
日本で就職したい留学生をサポートします。７か国語で相談ができます（※曜日により変更あり）。

留学生スタディ京都ネットワーク（公益財団法人大学コンソーシアム京都）
京都地域における留学生（外国人研究者を含む）の誘致、受入体制の整備や、留学生の知識・経験を地域の国際化や活性化に活かすための仕組みづくりをオール京都で推進しています。

1. About Job Openings

Job listings received by KIT are posted on the Career+UC website.
(On this website, you can use search criteria to select and display job openings from companies that have a history of hiring international students. Internship information is also available.
In Japanese, click on: 条件検索, then:その他こだわり条件, and then:外国人留学生採用実績あり)

2. Career Counseling for International Students

Starting in April 2024: Every Tuesday, an English-speaking counselor（Ms. Kadonaga）experienced with helping international students find employment will be available.Please check the website for details.

3. Guide to using the “International Student Job Placement Support Network”

As part of its job placement support for international students, KIT is a member of the Career Support Network System for International Students in Japan, (also known as the Asia Jinzai Network) operated by the International Student Support Network. This is a general incorporated association (a classification of non-profit entity called Ippan Shadan Hojin), and provides job placement support for international students enrolled at KIT.

This system provides detailed, user-friendly information on job hunting methods in Japan and strategies for job interviews. These are tailored to international students looking for employment/careers in Japan. You can access this information any time from any location, free of charge enabling you to learn at your own pace.

It also provides information on employment opportunities at companies actively recruiting international students, guidance seminars specifically for international students, and information on joint company briefings and interview sessions.

4. Employment Support Agencies for International Students

The following external organizations provide job placement assistance and information for international students.

Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO)
We provide useful information on employment and recruiting activities for international students so that international students studying in Japan can find employment in line with their respective career designs.

Job Hunting Guide for International Students (in Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean)

Support Center for International Students in Kyoto (Kyoto Job Park)
To provide meaningful support, we are working to enhance the one-stop support function for employment seeking international students. Do you want to work in Kyoto? We support international students who specifically want to work in Kyoto Prefecture!

Osaka Employment Service Center for Foreigners
We support international students who hope to work in Japan. You can consult in 7 languages (there is a change depending on the day of the week).

“International Student Study Kyoto Network” (Consortium of Universities in Kyoto)
All-Kyoto is working to attract foreign students (including international researchers) to the Kyoto region, develop a system to accept them, and create a framework to utilize their knowledge and experience for the internationalization and revitalization of the region.
