令和５年度学位記授与式については、下記のとおり開催を予定しています。

式典会場への入場を、学生のみとさせていただきます。ご家族等におかれましては、別室にて、式の模様を映像で視聴いただけます。

【大学院工芸科学研究科（博士後期課程）】
学生のご家族等も式典会場へ入場いただけますが、座席数に限りがございます。会場内にお入りいただけない場合がありますので、予めご了承いただきますようお願いいたします。
【共通事項】
・式典の様子を録画し、後日大学HPに掲載予定です。
・卒業生・修了生は、開式時間の１０分前までに、会場内にてご着席願います。
・大学の駐車場はご利用いただけませんので、自家用車でのご来場の際は、近隣のコインパーキングをご利用ください。
・当日、発熱や咳などの体調不良がある場合は来場せず、後日配信される録画映像をご覧ください。

Note that only graduating students will be allowed to enter the ceremony venue. Other people (family members, friends, teachers, and so on) may view a streaming video of the ceremony from other places on campus.
【Graduate School of Science and Technology (Doctoral Program)】
Families of graduating students and others may enter the ceremony venue, but seating is limited. We ask that you understand that some persons may not be allowed to enter the venue.
【Items Common to Both Events】
・A recording of the ceremony will be made and uploaded to the KIT website at a later date.
・We ask that graduating students come to the venue and be seated at least 10 minutes before the opening ceremony time.
・Parking is not available at the KIT campus. Persons requiring parking should use a nearby coin-operated parking lot.
・Students and others experiencing fever, coughing or other respiratory symptoms should refrain from coming to the venue. We ask that such persons watch the video recording of the ceremony uploaded to the KIT website at a later date.
